Just came back home from dinner with Mr and Mrs Wang and Nayan, my Buddy from India. Met and got to know her through the exchange programme with India by KC when i was in sec3. See, KC gives me a wide range of opportunities. HAHA. Anw, We went to this place at Eunos called the Vegan Burg. Nayan and I tried their Char-grilled Satay burger, Mrs Wang took the Hawaiian Pineapple and Mr Wang tried the Smoky BBQ of which he says, is not smoky at all. LOL.
Okay so their service was abit bad at the start cos they keep serving the wrong order, like twice. So Mrs Wang got abit pissed by it which she says, it's a pregnant lady thing. haha. Finally we got our food after quite some time and i must say it was not bad.. Pictures to be updated soon...
After dinner, we decided to bring Nayan for some durian. It's her first time trying it out and she didn't quite like it. It's the second time I'm eating durian this week! But anyway, for a non-local, I must say that she was really brave to try the King of Fruits out. haha. Surprisingly, she could take the smell and the taste of it, just that it wasn't to her liking.
So after that, Mr Wang sent her home, all the way at Tanjong Pagar before dropping me home. hehe. I'm currently having a headache and alittle sore throat but i think the meetup tonight makes it really worth it. (:
